
TENANT SET UP PROCESS
At Nouveau Lettings, we prioritise a seamless experience for our tenants, guiding you from the initial viewing to moving in and through to your departure. Our comprehensive Tenant Set-Up Process is designed to make every step straightforward and stress-free.

You will receive a confirmation to view the property of your choice, where you will meet one of our team members who will give you a tour around the property.
VIEWING
Let us know you’re interested in the desired room or property, and we’ll begin your tenant registration. This process includes sharing your preferred move-in dates, providing a copy of your ID / passport and guarantor details, and transferring the holding deposit to take your room/property off the market.

TENANT REGISTRATION
We, along with a third-party company, will handle everything. All you and your guarantor need to do is complete the application form.
REFERENCING & GUARANTOR CHECKS
Once referencing checks are successful, you’ll sign the tenancy agreement and receive all relevant documents and certificates for the property, along with a Welcome Book containing important information about your new home and the local area. One of our team members will meet you to check you in and welcome you and you will also receive a complimentary pizza and beer night on your first evening in your new home!
MOVING IN
We’re here to help with any issues during your tenancy, offering regular cleaning and fast responses to any concerns you may have.
MANAGEMENT
Before we bid farewell, we’ll prepare you for checkout with an inventory check, and you’ll receive your security deposit back.
